Boy, those sound really good. When you make them on game day hopefully they'll be good enough to fill that sour spot in your stomach as you observe your Steelers getting pummeled.

:o)

Jathan, you rat b@stard!

How can you be at Seattle Seahawks fan? That goes against everything I've learned about you via your blog.

It's sad when one's image of another is shattered like so many Seahawk beaks.

May every bottle of wine you open this week be horribly corked.

Every year, my wife and I throw a SuperBowl gathering. The food served is determined by regional favorites for both teams. in past years this hasn't been a problem...But, Pittsburgh / Seattle???...A culinary nightmare!!! A friend of ours found your recipe and it sounds delicious...You're "IN" for the SuperBowl. Thank you for sharing it. Seattle still doesn't have much going for it (food-wise). But they do have an awesome defense. It's going to be a tough game, but we'll be enjoying "Mom's Ham Barbeques"...and what ever the hell else we can find for Seattle...LOL

Thanks again.

Thanks for the recipie. We were talking about representing Pittsburg with liver(iron) and onions and Seattle with pine nuts and salmon. I don't think the guests would stay after halftime.

HAHAHAH... Gotcha!

I'm actually a Chargers fan. I figured I'd get a rise out of you...I just didn't realize you'd go so far...(wishing corked wine on someone has got to be one of the worst things I've ever heard!)
