Lenn, Did Bedell cut back on quantity of the 2005 white Taste, due to difficulty of the vintage? I noticed that the blend is slightly different as wel; did you prefer one year over the other?

Actually, I'll look into the production year-to-year...but 2005 was actually a very GOOD harvest year for whites because most of them (almost all really) were harvested BEFORE the deluge.

As to a favorite of the two...I think I prefer this new bottling...with one caveat. I tasted the previous one out of a 375ml bottle about a month before it's release and then sadly never got my hands on another bottle (it sold out).
