If I wasn't a) in Asia where ice wines are hella expensive and b) a (obviously poor) grad student, I'd be doing participating in a second. I feel in love with ice wine "at first sip" back 10 years ago in college. My favorite way to end a good meal.

I had my first pay check in months. What the hell - may as well blow it on a bottle of Inniskillin?????

I thought my Champagne WBW event was a little on the pricy side, but ice wine is through the roof! You can depend on an entry from me. I would be happy if WBW was actually just DWBW all year round. (D=Dessert)

My bottle is already chilling in the fridge and I have an occasion im mind for it a week from today...
