Well, if the adage that "wine is made in the vineyard" translates to "the apple wine is made in the orchard" this wine should be delicious. The Halsey orchards are meticulosly maintained and managed. The dwarf trees are trellissed; and trained to increase sunlight exposure, just like high quality vineyards. Why they are even high density plantings!
Plus, it's a ton of fun to go and "pick your own" in the fall!
