Jason: Thanks for pulling a post together on this... I'm behind in doing so.

PALATE is going to be quite an event I think. There might even be a LENNDEVOURS component -- either a tasting or simply some live blogging and vlogging on-site.

I will be there with my wife as well. We hope to bring some of her family with us as well. It's a very nice idea and I hope it carries off.

Jason, one question: Have you asked Morgen about whether she expects this to be attended by primarily non-Corningians? (I make up words.)

I did ask about the makeup of the attendance, but since this is the first year of the event she did not commit to any firm predictions. She did assure me that there are a good number of out-of-town folks committed at this point.
