There is a huge opportunity in NYC to fill the vacuum left by the departure of Vintage. One can only hope that this will be the first of many such events. The New York wine industry had made great strides in breaking into the NYC market. Hopefully the industry won’t frivol away that progress through focusing too closely to agri-tourism as a primary long term business model.
