ugh ... methode champnoise ... my forearms are still aching ... and im only 1/3 of the way done.

I am a big fan of all the Sherwood wines; I agree that their sparkling is the best of the best but I am particulary partial to their merlots. Their new Chardonnay, steel barrel, is fantastic and a great price point.
