"Rolling vineyards?" We didn't get to Wolffer, but I didn't see any land anywhere that could be characterized as "rolling." Otherwise, nice stuff. Roman looks like he has a light side.

Did you notice Roman's extremely classy and thoughtful comment towards the end when he presented the magnum bottle and said (in part), "on behalf of all Long Island wineries..."
That was marvelous of him.
