Rich O-H at Raphael is setting the standard for Sauvignon Blanc here in the East! I love those 2008 wines, especially the First Label!

I have seen the future of Long Island Whites and Sauvignon Blanc is it. I can't wait to try these two. At the point I think Macari katherine Field sets the standard.

Jim: Rich is definitely one of the leaders in sauvignon blanc, no doubt about that.

Steve: Of the 2008, I think I'd put the Raphael First Label a step above the Katherine's Field, which I enjoy as well.

Definite wine club potential. :)

This was a favorite of mine too. Probably my favorite SB. Though I like the Naturale a little bit better.
