Their ciders are so dry and delicious. Nice work teaming up! I recently had the Kingston Black and was blown away by how much character it had.

Farnum Hill is the absolute end all and be all of cider in North America. They make everything from a semi-sweet cider, to some of the most elegant, classic, dry, champagne style ciders. I have laid down their ciders for five, six, seven years with only good results. They are the Veuve Cliquot of cider.

Do not miss the opportunity to try these ciders. It will be an eye opening experience. A tremendous idea for a tasting. And you will not drink better cider in your life time.

Also, interesting that they've taregeted/had success in Long Island.
