This looks and sounds lovely. We love roses in the warmer months, and we've been trying to drink more local wines, so I'm definitely going to seek this one out.

This is a great wine, but the 2006 rose from Wolffer is better. Better nose, longer finish, crisper. Yum.

I've only had the Wollfer 06 once, right after bottling, and the acidity was actually a little harsh...but I've got a few bottles in the cellar that I'm sure will be enjoyed soon.

I was glad to see that Roman went back to the crisp, light style of the 03 rather than fruity, rounder 04 and 05 bottlings!
