Thanks Lenn, glad your back is feeling well enough to let you sit at the computer!

This is a great round up Lenn and was worth the wait (hope it wasn't too painful). Interesting seeing all the French Chardonnay and puzzling over whether is 100% unwooded or not.

By the way, there are at least three doctors in the wine blogging world! (I love how I'm directly adjacent to Tyler Colman in your roundup, clearly making me "the BAD doctor" -- sorry Debs I'm claiming that one and after WBW 36 I think I deserve it!)

Dear Dr. Wiengolb, I'm happy to be the third doctor--as long as I don't have to be the "ugly," as in the good, the bad, and the ugly :)

Thanks Lenn, for heroic service despite back problems. It's a very interesting roundup with more French wine than I expected to see. I'm looking forward to surfing through them more slowly in the upcoming week.

Thanks for the hard work, Lenn. Glad to hear your back's coming out of lock-up.

I'm surprised (!) at the level of surprise expressed by others as to the number of French wines included in the round-up. They've been at it for a long, long time. As Marcus suggests, it just takes a little more research to figure out what's what.

But I love MYSPACE! Did you get a chance to see the youtube videotasting that augmented my first WBW post?

Hope you've recovered Lenn and thanks for the write up! Better late than never!

Hi Lenn;
You missed one. I emailed you my blog entry on Naked Chards but it must have got lost crossing the border. When you have a moment please have a look at my first attempt at Wine Blogging Wednesday. Regards and stay dressed and nice and warm, its better for your back.

FYI - I sent you the following email on Thursday August 9th:

"Hi Lenn,
