I agree, I think the wine definitely will improve with further cellaring, although it is drinking really well now. We'll have to taste it again in five years and compare notes. At that time, we can open the same wine sealed under cork and screw cap.


Lucky me, I have 1/2 case each of the 07 Merlot, Cab Sauvignon, and Cab Franc, just sitting there aging...!!!
