As it happens, I got to taste Chris's secret project today. Fascinating!

Chris, you're not alone, I usually prefer my Rieslings bone dry as well, as seen in my of the Alsatian dry Rieslings. Not many in the finger lakes make their dry bottlings dry enough for my tastes, which perhaps unfairly on my part, often leads me to disappointment on initial tastings.
