The Taste of the Hudson Valley is a wonderful event. It benefits the Saint Francis Hospital Foundation. The history Sprout Creek Farm is pretty amazing. It was left to the Society of Sacred Heart to be used for educational purposes. My son actually day camp there many years ago. It has grown tremendously. Their cheese is outstanding and they also offer grass fed beef, lamb and other products.

Couldn't agree more Debbie. The Taste is a fantastic event that reaches far and wide into the community.

As for Sprout Creek, it is a fantastic educational resource for those in the area who wish to take advantage of it.
